Rachel Mitchell

Rachel specialises in construction energy advice and training to optimise building performance and meet higher standards.  More recently she has been working on PassivHaus design and assessment and is a certified Passivhaus design consultant as well as a registered NHER SAP assessor and OCDEA. Rachel is a Code for Sustainable Homes assessor and concentrates on schemes which deliver code 5 and above. In addition Rachel writes sustainability and energy statements in support of planning applications. Rachel worked for 15 years managing and maintaining social housing at a senior level before moving into sustainable building design.

Phil Neve

Phil has considerable experience in the green building and renewable energy sectors.  Working with fabric, materials and energy systems he provides a holistic approach to building design and construction. Phil has a special interest in achieiving high levels of sustainability with refurbishment and the use of unconventional methods and materials new and existing buildings.  He is a registered NHER SAP assessor and OCDEA, a Code for Sustainable Homes assessor.  He is trained as a Passivhaus designer and also works with SBEM for non domestic buildings.
